Both driver well-being and customer care are increasingly important in today’s logistics and waste sectors. As a result, this course has been designed to address important well-being issues alongside an overview of the 6 customer care laws.

Duration

7 hours. Excluding breaks. 

Who can attend?

This Driver Well-being & Customer Care course is available to anyone with a vocational licence who is required and eligible to complete CPC periodic training.


Other members of any logistics or waste frontline operational team can also sit this course to gain a better understanding of the workplace environment that their drivers operate within. Please just notify the CMS Trainer that you do not require the CPC hours.
